This has been my underpinning philosophy in life which served me well as I always knew that my dream & fulfillment lies in contributing to people's lives but I didn't know how I could contribute.

Sure enough, there are defining moments in everyone's life that shift their life's trajectory. And for me that came three years back when I realized after a burnout, that I did not have a fulfilling career. Though I had great career prospects managing critical projects for top-notch Dubai firms, I still felt lost & unfulfilled because of the many things that were beyond my control. Being a committed professional, I was quite worried because I realized that I wasn't quite enjoying my work & my life.

I was an NLP Practitioner then & I knew that coaching would help me find my next right move.

As I was used to work with the best so when I needed Coaching, I reached out for the best celebrity coach & a week later, I got on a coaching call with his team, Since then I have been on many day long coaching calls and not once did I feel exhausted rather I was excited & left wanting for more..

Wow, 3 hr work calls were difficult for me & now I'm loving day long coaching/training calls..Imagine if training/coaching could create so much impact & happiness in my life for a week then how would it be if I had to do training/Coaching for the rest of my life. Now, loving coaching was great but It was a very tough decision for me to suddenly decide that one day that I could really move to coaching after 13 yrs of corporate leadership experience. Again, coaching gave me a different perspective here, where I could figure out how I could couple my vast corporate experience of 13 yrs with training/coaching methodologies to help people in similar situations who want to get out of their routine unfulfilling jobs and pursue a much more purposeful & fulfilling life. 

This breakthrough led to the start of my coach journey to get formally trained to be a trainer/coach and today I am elated to say that I am not just an NLP Practitioner/trainer but also a mindset coach so that i could make my trainings more effective & relatable..

I would have still been living a high flyer corporate life feeling unfulfilled and unhappy if not for that one coaching call. Yes, the project was not under my control but you know what, my life was actually under my own control & turns out that I was the only one who was coming in my own way. 

It has now become my mission to elevate the careers of people around me & help them lead their careers first. And this led me to 'Elevate' where the vision is to transform people who feel stuck in their careers by designing their own career success blueprint & also work with them alongside till they reach their dream careers.

There is a magic in following your passion & there is power in following your dreams because it could lead you to places that you could never imagine. How many of us lead our whole lives taking whatever is thrown at us believing that we are giving it our best shot. But as you know that real life is on the other side of our Comfort Zone.

As Tony Robbins said “We are not the manager of our circumstances but the creator of our destiny”. So, the question that we need to ask ourselves now is 'Will we get out of our own way of Success & happiness because no one else can??'
